Pandora Data Systems LLC is pleased to announce the successful resolution of a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Medacist Solutions Group, LLC over U.S. Pat. No. 6,842,736, relating to certain software and systems for detecting drug diversion. With no admission of liability by Pandora, the resolution affords Pandora and all customers using Pandora software the unfettered right, now and in the future, to practice the technologies covered by this patent free of any infringement claims by Medacist. Pandora respects the patent rights of others and continues to develop its own proprietary software and systems for protection under the U.S. patent laws.
