Introduction to PandoraSQL
M 8:00 am PST & W 1:00 pm PST There will be an overview on how to configure reports with emphasis on the Report Criteria Tabs. Participants in the class will learn how to schedule reports for automatic recurrence and email distribution configured to their facility's needs. Participants will have a cursory training on how to how to set up new Pandora users as well as distribution groups to receive reports.
PandoraSQL Diversion Reporting
T 8:00 am PST & TH 1:00pm PST Provide users with the knowledge of the PandoraSQL reporting tools in order to select and configure reports to assist their facility pinpoint incidents of drug diversion. There are 10 reports that can be utilized within PandoraSQL to identify such behavior. The when and how- to-use features of the appropriate reports will be covered in this class.
PandoraSQL Inventory Reporting
T 10:00 am PST & TH 3:00 pm PST Provide participants with the tools that will help you optimize your inventory management. The reports covered in this class will guide you in identifying medication supply problems and provide the tools to address such issues as overstocking meds, expired meds and waste.
PandoraSQL Override Reporting
M 10:00 am PST & W 3:00 pm PST Instruct participants on how to use and analyze PandoraSQL reports related to overrides as well as how to identify often-overridden meds and users with the most overrides. Attendees will learn how to set report criteria to provide meaningful reports related to Overrides.
PandoraSQL Pandora Administration
F 1:00 pm PST This class is designed to help the assigned Pandora Administrator gain further knowledge of the PandoraSQL interface and menu navigation. The class will focus on User Set-up and Roles, importing and archiving the PandoraSQL database and an understanding of Pandora's Automated Services of e-mail distribution and automatic import.
