Anomalous Usage Report:
This report gives you an overview of anomalous usage by user and med. It very clearly shows users who are both possible and probable diversion candidates by using med withdrawal data. Anomalous Usage Report for individual user.
“Fingerprint” Report:
After identifying a probable diverter from the Anomalous Usage Report, this report shows that individual user and identifies all the meds that they are potentially diverting in a very clear and concise manner, what we call a “fingerprint”.
Discrepancy Report:
This report shows all of the probable diverter’s discrepancies by med and oftern identifies patterns of discrepancies of meds that are in question.
Activity Report:
The Activity report, by using the Patient ID and the probable diverter’s preferred meds, shows how the probable diverter and their peers have administered the meds to the same patient. This often shows the probable diverter giving maximum and more frequent doses.
